If you?re even thinking about buying or selling a home, do yourself a favor and call Jessica Castle immediately. My (now ex) husband and I worked with Jessica to buy our home a few years back, and she helped us score an absolute deal. I?m talking equity-on-day-one, ?are we really getting it for this price?? kind of deal. Fast forward a couple years and we ended up getting divorced. I wanted Jessica to represent us again because not only is she incredibly sharp, but she had become like family to me after our original home purchase. Unfortunately, my ex?s family wanted to go with someone else, and that person did not have my best interests at heart. Here?s where Jessica showed up and showed OUT. One day I?m venting to her about how unfair the proceeds are looking. Jessica says, ?Let me see your phone.? She sends one email, and just like that I?m walking away with $20,000 more than I would?ve. Twenty. That wasn?t her listing. She didn?t get a dime. She just did what was right, because that?s who she is. So yes, I still owe her a steak dinner, and yes, I?m writing this because she absolutely deserves the recognition. But most importantly, I?m writing this because if you don?t use Jessica to buy or sell your next home, you?re leaving money and integrity on the table.

5 Stars ? Jessica really looked out for me Working with Jessica as my realtor and mortgage loan officer was honestly the best decision I could?ve made. I didn?t really know what to expect going into this process, but she made everything so much easier. From the beginning, she was super responsive and always kept me in the loop. She explained things in a way that made sense and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question (and trust me, I had a lot of them). Whether it was a text late at night or a quick phone call on her lunch break, she always made time. There were a couple of hiccups during the deal, like the appraisal taking longer than expected, but Jessica handled it all without stressing me out. She stayed on top of everything and made sure things kept moving forward. She also helped me get a great deal and was really honest about what I could afford, what was worth going after, and what to walk away from. That kind of honesty and care really meant a lot. If you?re buying a house and want someone who?s going to actually care and hustle for you like it?s their own home, Jessica is your person. I?m super grateful for everything she did.

I can?t say enough about how amazing Jessica was in helping my family. We were looking for a rental in Casselberry but ended up moving to a different part of Florida.
