Jessica is an outstanding agent. She went above and beyond for us. She did not force her personal likes/dislikes on us as other agents did. She listened when we told her what we wanted and needed. She answered all of our questions and found a way to get them for us if she didnt have the answer. She always responded to calls, emails or texts in a prompt manner and never left us hanging. As we were out-of-state customers, she scoped out many homes for us, taking videos so we could see what they were like. She is honest, helpful, resourceful and dependable. Working with Jessica was a very pleasant, comfortable and exciting process. I felt like she was excited about the whole process as much as I was.
