James was the best to work with. He was more about helping his clients rather then just trying to sell you a house fast. He made sure everything was good with the homes we looked at before telling my wife and I to make an offer. He made sure to check the boilers and oil tanks and made sure everything was rather newer so you wouldn't have to replace it anytime soon. If we had any questions he knew everything and got us the info we needed. He always made time for us to show houses. James is a very nice and great person, I wouldn't recommend anyone but him.
