Jess is everything you could possibly want in a buyer's agent. My wife and I worked with her while shopping for our first home, and ended up choosing a house in Framingham for which she was also the seller's agent. Jess navigated dual agency with highly responsive professionalism, working with us to get a pre-inspection done and helping make our offer more attractive to the sellers - while also ensuring they got the full benefit of a competitive offer process (including absolutely packed open houses). Her lender and lawyer recommendations were the absolute best, and she clearly knows the metrowest better than anyone. We will 100% be recommending Jess to anyone searching for or selling a house in the area. Occasionally my wife and I will just turn to each other and say "we got so lucky with this house" - but the real luck was finding and choosing Jess as our realtor.

We couldnt have asked for anything more from Jessica and Kristen. Our home sale had a lot of moving parts, but they made everything very easy for us, and they were able to get a price for the home we never thought would be possible. If you are selling or buying in the Natick area I am not sure why you would turn to anyone else.
