Then he gave me a week to think it over before setting up an appointment to sign the paperwork. He asked me questions and listened to what I said. He made suggestions on how to fix up my home to sell. An offer for the full asking price was given to me on the same day my home was first put on the market which I accepted. When I approached him with questions on selling it in 2020 he was straight forward in telling me it was not the best financial decision. I am very glad I waited two more years.
