I had a great experience with Sheryl and her team. I'm not sure what more they could have done to make my experience better. Her loan person was on the ball, her assists were great. It was just a very professional operation that really got the job done for us even though we had some really picky requirements. We are now happy homeowners will a beautiful place in a wonderful community. I couldn't recommend Sheryl and her team more strongly.

It was one of the most disappointing and worst experiences and she was very good at making you feel bad. She was not helping us find our dream home but just wanted to make a sale. One home she wanted us to get, her own inspector said the patio roof is sagging and will need replacingaEUR"super expensive. She blew it off as nothing. That place is still for sale. We drove out from California to Arizona to check out said home and she didnt even have time to meet us. She even stopped answering the phones for us after I said, aEURoeI will hire someone to check out every part of the home to ensure its in good shapeaEUR?. Her response, You want to waste money. I could go on and on. Stay away!

HIRE THIS WOMAN My husband Tom & I wanted to write a review for Heather Listy. Sometimes people come into your life and you dont even realize how much you need them until they are there. We interviewed 3 different realty companies before deciding on Heather. When we met her, we just clicked & immediately felt at ease. The reason being is during the interview she conveyed intuitive knowledge of the market, has a highly regarded internet presence and balanced giving us information in a straight forward but empathic manner. Not to mention she has an amazing sense of humor (trust us, youll need this). We signed the contract with her and the house went up for sale a month later. The house sold after her first weekend of showing it. Our house was built in 1970 so when the inspection came in, it had some issues that we were not aware of that needed attention. Heather stepped in and said shed handle it. She has so many contacts in the construction industry and in no time the issues were resolved. Such peace of mind as we were already up to our eyebrows in packing and getting ready to move across the country. Keep in mind all the other thoughtful things she did for us during this whole process. Helped us stage the home for sale, brought us mimosas on the day of our garage sale (we were super stressed), she was at our house every time the new buyer & realtor came to the house to mediate last minute negotiations. Even on our last day of moving out of the house she came and helped us load the last of our travel belongings onto our 5th wheel and was even helping clean our home!! What realtor does that?!! We gave her a final hug as we left and have definitely kept in touch since our move. Recommend seems like such a small word. She will advocate and counsel you through your whole buying or selling ordeal. You wont regret a single second of having her on your side and in your life.

Not only is Heather knowledgeable, smart, savvy and incredibly talented she's the most personable and genuinely warm person we have ever had the pleasure of working with!! My only complaint is that she couldn't represent us on the purchase of our home out of state! She's absolutely wonderful! If we ever venture back to Oregon, she's our lifetime realtor!!! She got us the best possible price on the sale of our house and made a potentially stressful experience fun! Don't look any further!!!
