Jess was great to work with. She walked us through the process step by step. We were selling and buying a home at the same time, so we had a lot of questions and she was available any time of the day to answer them. Jess was very helpful throughout the process. She negotiated all of the ammendments we asked for, got us about 15% off asking price, and most importantly negotiated a pre-occupency agreement for us so we where able to get moved in before school started for the kids, even though we closed a week later. Very helpful. Answered all questions quickly and was really understanding to us first time home buyers. Would definitely recommend.
