Jess was great to work with. She walked us through the process step by step. We were selling and buying a home at the same time, so we had a lot of questions and she was available any time of the day to answer them. Extremely flexible with our schedules and she didn't mind making a long drive to show us a home we were looking at. On the selling side she was great letting us know what price we should start out at and what to expect throughout the process. Jess was very helpful throughout the process. She negotiated all of the ammendments we asked for, got us about 15% off asking price, and most importantly negotiated a pre-occupency agreement for us so we where able to get moved in before school started for the kids, even though we closed a week later. Very helpful. Answered all questions quickly and was really understanding to us first time home buyers. Would definitely recommend.
