My experience with Jertheus was nothing short of AMAZING. Prior to working with J, I was involved with another real estate agent that I had worked with previous regarding selling my condo. Unfortunately, we were having absolutely no luck after 3 months and I begun to question whether it was my agent, or the unit itself. That said, the moment I shifted to J, everything literally changed for the better. J immediately reviewed what the last agent did and pointed out a lot of fatal flaws including: Pictures not being as professional as they should be, the agent not advertising the way that J would, among other things, and was brutally honest on recommending some basic improvements that would help market better. After partnering with J, not only did I find a buyer within 2 weeks, but I was able to make up to 10% more than I originally anticipated. In addition, J went above and beyond trying to make things easier on me, including driving an hour out of his way to pick up keys from me and facilitated showings etc. J is an absolute rock star. He is ambitious, respectful, and above all else down to earth and willing to go the distance for those he partners with. I've worked with 4 other real estate agents thus far for both buying and selling, and J was hands-down the KING. Whatever your real estate buying/selling needs are, I ensure you J is the guy who will get it done.

I reached out to Jay with some questions on taking steps on owning my first home. This wasn't an easy task to begin because i had some things i needed to work on when it came to my credit which we got through it and i was able to proceed with going through the on my home, Also he helped me with making sure the right questions where being asked and answered. And that i understood what i was being sad when it came to me going through the process. I recommend Jay as a realtor anytime he really is looking out for the best interest of the buyer and seller. Very quick in getting back to you in regards to any questions via texts or calls.

As I was looking to purchase my first home I reached out to Jay with some questions I came across. Although he was not my realtor, Jay really should interest and helped out with my first buyer questions. His input defenitly helped when it was time to as questions. I would of loved to have him as my realtor but since we knew the seller we bought direct from him and agreed to no realtor. He helped me with making sure the right questions where being asked and answered. I recommend Jay as a realtor he really is looking out for the best interest of the buyer and seller. I'm the first to write a review! I'm so glad my cousin referred me to him because he helped me purchase my first multi-unit property!!! Jay is funny, he listened to me, he asked questions about my likes and dislikes, he encouraged me to move past my nerves, he had my best interest in mind, and he was very prompt in responding to my calls/texts.
