I would highly recommend Jerry! We are first time home buyers and he helped us find our dream home even in a crazy market. We moved from out of state and Jerry was very helpful with understanding the area and even did walk throughs via Zoom before we were moved.We used a VA loan and Jerry was very knowledgeable about VA requirements and what we should expect from the inspection and appraisal process for a VA loan. Being first time buyers we greatly appreciated Jerry's honest feedback and advice about the homes we looked at. He didn't offer unwanted advice but was honest and had our best interest in mind when we asked for his thoughts on the homes. This ultimately led to us buying a home that was better than we could have expected.
