Jerry assisted me with selling my first home and buying my current one. He knows the process and industry well! I never felt one ounce of stress when working with him. He is very flexible, knowledgeable and never pushy. I would recommend Jerry to anyone. For example, so I wouldnt have to put my first home on the market with renters currently living there, he and his partner/brother Kenny, found an interested investor that was willing to buy the property at the price I was looking for. They also negotiated with my renters to stay another year with the investor as the new landlord - which was a big part of the sale.
