For us this included information on the possibility of tearing down a couple walls, and he has an eye for the structural strengths and weaknesses of homes. He was very responsive to meeting with us quickly to view a home and to get a contract going. He patiently listened to our various concerns, responded to every question, and he also brings much experience and knowledge to the negotiation process. His office is set up nicely with a large screen monitor to review anything from the lot boundaries, distances, nearby lots, county information, and other relevant information. He also quickly responded to texts, phone calls and emails. He has lived in Prescott for a long time, and has been involved in the community, which is a great resource for those especially who come from out of town. He will be my agent as well when it is time to sell my other house, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great real estate agent.
