If it was a question she did not know the answer to, she found it, and right away. Jerrilynn did not hide things from us in order to make a sale. She always took our needs into account. She knew what we wanted and what we didn't and made sure that the house we got was what we needed. I also loved how when we set a budget she stuck with it. Unlike many others that would go "slightly" above the budget, she only showed us what we could afford. Who wants to look at a house they cannot buy? As soon as a new house came available, she was on it and we went to look at it right away. She made our house buying process so much fun. Love Love Love her!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe found Jerrilynn on Zillow. She responded immediately to all my emails requesting information on homes I had found. She set up 6 showings as requested. We wish she had been more knowledgeable during the showings. We had to see one of the houses with the listing agent there as well as Jerrilynn. He, the listing agent, was much more interactive and knowledgeable during that showing. He answered all our questions and offered a lot of additional information. We ended up going with another agent who is a native of Green Bay, knowledgeable about the houses we wanted to see and just proactive in general. I emailed Jerrilynn to thank her for all her work and to let her know we had decided to go with someone else. It's been 3 days and I have not heard back. I would have expected an email from her at least acknowledging our email.
