Jerri was always available either by phone or text whenever I reached out to ask a question. She was very knowledgeable about the local market and offered excellent advice all along the process. We were out of town during much of the process and Jerri went above and beyond to handle things for us, for example arranging the contractors to handle several request by the buyer as a result of the inspection.

Jerri is an excellent balance of professionalism, expertise, and personability. She was always prompt, polite, and prepared when we were viewing houses. She made sure we didn't walk into a bad situation with some houses and was very knowledgeable, not just within the industry but with anything house-related. We generally received answers within an hour on any question we had, and she always explained things thoroughly. She followed through on any negotiation request we had and talked us through what may or may not work based on her experience. The process was quick, relaxed, and easy. And she still checks in and is available for questions!
