Unfortunately, I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share so others can make informed decisions. Jeremy provided a seller disclosure that failed to mention serious code violations and noncompliance with local lawsaEUR"information that is material to any real estate transaction. As a licensed agent and the property owner, he should have known better. It's not just an oversight aEUR" it's a breach of trust and duty. We spent valuable time and money coordinating inspections, only to later discover the unreported issues by contacting the local code enforcement office directly. What we uncovered left us shocked and misled aEUR" this was not a minor detail but a major compliance issue that should have been disclosed upfront. Its unacceptable behavior from someone who understands Pennsylvania real estate laws and fiduciary responsibilities. This kind of omission not only wastes time but undermines the integrity of the entire process. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Jeremy to do their own independent due diligence. If a licensed professional is willing to omit such critical information, what else might be overlooked?
