Mandi is absolutely amazing! We had just started looking for homes and Mandi spent the day with us on walkthroughs (very generously, as we had only originally asked to see the one house!) and she really listened to our wishlist with what she chose to show us. The third house we went to was the winner, which was awesome. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions during the process and didn't know what I was doing at all. Mandi not only was able to guide us through the process, answering any of my questions thoroughly and promptly, but she also is a stellar negotiator and got our closing costs covered, helped us find a great mortgage consultant, and helped us get any necessary repairs taken care of by the seller prior to closing. Mandi worked really hard to help us close in 15 (!) days from the date of our offer. I had a stellar experience and highly recommend Mandi if you are looking to buy a house!

Jeff is AMAZING! He is so kind, hilarious, and HONEST! He tells you exactly how it is and we love that. He responds so quickly to calls or texts, gets you every bit of information so you arent left guessing, and is just as excited about the newest chapter as you are! Helped us with the sale of our current home and helped with the purchase of our dream home!
