Logan is absolutely the best investor friendly RE agent I've ever worked with. As a remote investor, I fully depend on Logan's knowledge and communication for the local market, and he's been just phenomenal. Every time there's a good deal, he'd send a quick analysis, sometimes even a spreadsheet with detailed current / pro-forma NOI and CoC return calculation so that I can make a quick call as an investor. He's always timely and try to solve my problem - if there's a property that I'm interested in, he'd go walk it and take detailed videos asap. I'm just super glad that we share similar investing criteria and he fully understand my thought process as he himself is also an investor.
