As Maryland residents I needed to find a realtor that I could trust to give me accurate comps and keep me abreast of the Florida real estate market. When the timing was right, Jeremy played an intrigal part in helping us place our Flroda house on the market. Two days after the listing was active a contract was submitted. Unfortunately, COVID played havoc with the perspective buyers and they had to pull out of the contract.
