Jeremy Navarro and his Team were courteous and professional in their relationship with the sale of our home in Albuquerque, NM. We believe that the Team overall has room for improvement in communication and updates with the client. We did not provide five stars overall as we felt that, at times, we were not being updated as we should. Rhonda was great in asking us how we were doing and we appreciate that. But Jeremy needs to keep the client informed every week or every other week with the status of the market, comparables in the area, etc. Otherwise, the Jeremy Navarro Team is a pleasure to work with and we do recommend them to other potential sellers and buyers alike.

I highly recommend Jeremy Navarro and his team whether you are selling or buying a home. From the moment I enlisted Jeremy and his team, I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism, time availability, and process openness. I would regularly receive updates from Jeremy and his team. Even though the house was empty and they had full access, they would always call to let me know when they had scheduled someone (photographer, inspectors, etc.) to be there to ensure it was OK to enter. Most importantly, they would intermittently call to ask if I had any questions. Jeremy gave me an estimate of how much I would receive once we sold the house. They exceeded that amount by over 20%! Jeremy and his team sold the home with what felt like minimal involvement from me, yet they kept me fully updated on the entire process. In short, they sold the home at significantly higher than the asking price, keeping me updated on the whole process while minimizing my involvement. I simply could not have asked for a better service outcome.
