Jeremy Kaiser

Born and raised across neighborhoods of LA that have seen rapid gentrification (Hollywood, Miracle Mile and West Adams), Jeremy draws on a lifelong knowledge of the city to counsel buyers and sellers on key purchases. A serial entrepreneur and intrepid international traveler, Jeremy's first foray into real estate was in 1995 when he purchased his first investment property in Culver City while renovating two historic 200 year old Moorish homes in a village near Malaga, Spain. For the past decade he has called Silver Lake home, and employs an extensive knowledge of the eastside to discover unique properties for both residential and commercial clients.
