I highly recommend Team Sally & Jeremy!! I would give them if I could! I had originally made the mistake of contracting a different agent/company to sell my home. HUGE mistake. The agent not only lowballed the asking price against my wishes but failed to sell my home after being listed for 2.5 months during peak selling window (June, July, August). A friend strongly encouraged me to reach out to Sally to sell my home quickly and at a fair market value. Sally and Jeremy visited my home and agreed it was a beautiful home in a terrific neighborhood and worth significantly more than the previous agent had it listed for. They quickly had my home listed with key features highlighted, accurate description, and beautiful pictures. Sally cautioned me that there would be very little activity for the first week or two because it was the beginning of a new school year. Despite the initial lull in activity, Sally and Jeremy had my home sold two weeks later. Four weeks from listing to contract and three weeks to closing!!
