For more than ten years, I have lived less than a mile from the Morristown Green in Morris Township, where I am a homeowner, real estate investor and landlord. I grew up in Hunterdon County, received my bachelor's degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick and have lived in Morristown since. I am passionate about where I live. Morristown is an exceptional place to live, in the heart of one of the greatest counties in the state, in the best state in the country. For home sellers, I leverage customized, strategic marketing to effectively promote and sell properties. I reach buyers by utilizing cutting-edge internet techniques, including marketing through social media, blogging, online advertising and traditional tactics. I also employ direct-mailers, geo-targeted marketing and extensive networking to get homes sold quickly. Furthermore, I maintain a powerful network of local-area contacts to get immediate results. My network extends to a large pool of buyers and top Realtors not only in Morris County but across the country. For buyers, I provide clients with area expertise, strong negotiation skills, attention, responsiveness and the ability to provide clients with the latest listings that are tailored to their specific needs and desires.     I live in Pennsylvania and was selling a property my wife and I owned in Morristown, NJ. I'm an attorney and have lots of experience selling real estate and dealing with real estate agents. Many are knuckleheads. Not Jeremy, he is top-notch. He communicates effectively, is responsive and knows his market. The property we were selling needed a number of repairs and Jeremy steered us to local contractors who did the work promptly and at reasonable fees. We were able to get all the work done quickly and Jeremy successfully navigated the inspection process, all without us having to come to NJ and personally deal with the issues. I cant say enough good things about the positive experience we had working with Jeremy. If he worked in my community, Id be referring all of my real estate clients his way.

    We were originally assigned to a different realtor within the Gulish Group. However, she left and we were reassigned to work with Beth. After searching for over a year in the middle of the pandemic, we were a bit apprehensive to move on with someone new. Nevertheless, the transition was pretty smooth. Beth is not a pushy agent and will work with your needs. She went above and beyond to help us. On her own initiative, she manually went through listings to help us since we had particular requirements for a house. Being a parent herself, she was kind and funny with our children, even when they were screaming the place down (yikes!)! We can tell we had a great agent since even after closing, the kids still talk about her and we have kept in touch. We built a great relationship and we would be happy to work with her again in the future.
