If 10 stars was an option, I would mark that instead because Jeremy and the Conrad team truly went above-and-beyond. Their response time and attention to detail and local knowledge is excellent, and that makes a difference when you're working on two transactions concurrently (sale and purchase)! Negotiations can be hard to navigate sometimes and Jeremey was always available to explain, listen, counsel and go to bat for us when necessary. He literally helped move mountains!
