Buying a new construction townhouse from out of state was a breeze with Jeremy. I saw it online, Jeremy coordinated the rest and I flew up for a day to make it happen. The rest of process, as they were completing the build, we did by videos, FaceTime etc. I knew exactly what I wanted and Jeremy helped me achieve this. I would highly recommend Jeremy Bailey.
