We live in New York and were looking for a vacation home. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jenny Ford on the purchase of a Condominium in Calabash, NC. We knew the area where we wanted to purchase and Jenny got to work right away. The market began heating up in February 2022, and we were outbid on several homes. Jenny went to each Condo that we selected from Zillow along with her listings, and we used FaceTime to see each one. She was selective and pointed out the good and bad of each one. We were getting disappointed. However, she assured us that the market would stabilize and a Condo will come our way in the development that we desired. She was 100% correct. To that end, we closed on June 17, 2022!! Jenny went out of her way to run to different properties on short notice. We felt so confident in her assessment that we made the decision to purchase this Condo virtually. We saw it, in person, the morning of the closing. We couldnt be happier!!
