Our experience with Michael Filiberto and his supervisor Jenny Albaz was extremely disappointing. My wife was pressured to have our tenants vacate early after being told the buyers were aEURoeready to close.aEUR? That turned out to be false, and I lost rental income as a result. The listing was mishandled (duplicate Zillow postings, inaccurate information, and missing upgrades my wife provided), communication was poor, and our tenants reported being treated rudely. Instead of accepting responsibility, blame was shifted to others. Because of these issues, I cannot recommend this office.
