Contacted the seller's realtor if she couldn't answer a question. Knew a lot about utilities and such. Presented our offer in a timely manner. Communication skills were awesome. She even spoke to the neighbor next and ask him some questions we had. We wanted to meet the sellers to ask questions about winterizing the home & she made that happen. Explained any paperwork to us we did not understand. Contacted us after we were in the home and made sure everything was going well. Explained the home inspection results with us. Explained the water test results with us. Was always on time when we were to meet. She is very professional and knowledgeable. My wife commented that she was the best realtor we ever had.

Jenn was so amazing and helpful for our first time buying a home. She was so good and knowledgeable. Jenn will be the only realtor that Ill suggest to others looking to buy a house.
