Jennie is the absolute best! We are first time home buyers, and of course nervous and uncertain about buying a house. We met with different realtors but just clicked with Jennie. She listened, she reassured, and she explained everything in a way we could understand. She also has the best handouts with key terms for the whole process. Do you want the most kind, most knowledgeable realtor? Then you want Jennie! Can?t recommend her highly enough! I was seeking to sell multiple rental properties to get out the business. I looked into and chatted with several agents. Jennie was by far the most responsive and professional of the agents I met. Her fees were fair; in fact, I was surprised that she paid for professional photography out of her own pocket. She helped me to be patient when necessary and utilized exceptional negotiating skills to get me the best offer available. I was going to accept a lower offer, but thankfully based on her suggestion we waited and received significantly more. I highly recommend Jennie if you are selling or purchasing a home!
