Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: I used Jennifer to sell my house last summer and to find a new house last fall. Jennifer came highly recommended to me by a friend that she helped both sell and purchase. I was very impressed with Jennifer from day one. She was always available through the entire process and recommended other professionals to help with the process from, lenders to inspectors. Her advice was greatly appreciated and I truly believe without her I wouldn't have had such a great experience. I think we got more than I expected for the house I sold and she found us the home of our dreams in short order. I would recommend her to anybody I could to sell their home and to help you get the house of their dreams.
