    About Jennifer Thompson

    As a home-grown Fairbanks girl, I have had the privilege of being apart of this community for many years. My favorite thing about Fairbanks is the people! We are known as the Golden Heart City because we are always there for each other! The people are what make this place home! I am a single mom of 2 very active boys and spend a bit of time at the pool, on the soccer fields, or helping with homework. Having grown up in the back of a Supercub hunting and fishing with my dad has given me an appreciation for the great outdoors, a desire for adventure, and a love for nature. When I am not chasing the summer sun, I volunteer my time advocating for local business as a board member for the Chamber of Commerce. I bring patience, tactful speech, and diplomacy to help establish working relationships with people of widely diverse backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. With several years in the corporate world in public relations and marketing, I am proactive in my thinking and implementation of tasks, and a proven record of followthrough. I believe clear communication is important to create fluidity throughout the home buying process.

    Highly recommend Jennifer. Our house needed some repairs before the sale. Jennifer found us the right contractors who did the job efficiently for a reasonable price. She was in regular contact with us throughout the showing and sale, keeping abreast of all the details so we didn't have to. We had 2 offers on our house within 3 days of going on the market.     January 2021 we put our house on the market. We asked Jenn Thompson for help and she was AMAZING. Constant communication and respect, and she cared about us as people, not just clients (plus, we knew she was exceptional at her job because we had spent the previous summer attempting to sell our house through a different realtor, who ignored and belittled us). She accomplished the whole sale of our home, start to finish, in two months. We highly recommend!
