She offered extra services such as a house cleaner and a consultation with a stager which we took advantage of. She is very responsive to text messages and emails at all times. She was accommodating in terms of scheduling the photographer and Open House to meet our tight timeline. Our home needed to sell quickly, as we had purchased a home in Florida and needed to close on the deal. Jen took pictures of our home on a Thursday (very professional pictures, I might add) and we had offers to pick from on the following Monday. Jen is caring, compassionate and an extremely patient person. She knows the real estate business thoroughly and it seems like she knows someone from every aspect involved.
