Jenny Rushing has been immeasurable resource to my husband and I in finding our first home! Neither of us were familiar with our new city (or Floridas insurance standards etc.) and our timeline was very short. Not exaggerating; I think we must have seen over 30 houses over the course of three weeks or so. Her team found great homes to look at and even when we would throw houses into the mix last second there were no issues, we were getting in! She is unfailingly optimistic which was contagious and thank goodness because we had never experienced that kind of stress in the past. Did I mention we had to do all this during the Christmas & New Year holidays? It was easy for us to forget the holidays because we had been living an odd nomadic life at that time. She was in constant communication with us, it didnt matter if I texted her late at night, on Sunday, or the day before Christmas while she was in the wilderness with her family! Such a genuinely sweet, personable, & hilarious lady (I love hearing stories about her family). I cant gas her up enough, we live in a beautiful new house now and Im super grateful we found the Rushing team to help us get here.
