Jennifer did a great job with the sale of our home. I engaged her since she seemed to have the local knowledge and experience to help. I was not disappointed. Jennifer convinced me to list our house somewhat above what I had estimated. I know how important pricing a house appropriately is to selling it. Despite my concerns about the house sitting on the market (we had already purchased a new home) we received competing offers and were able to close fairly quickly. Great experience!
