Jennifer is the BEST!! We have worked with Jennifer for several years regarding our rental house and finally it was time to sell. Before we signed on the dotted line, she already had a buyer in mind for our house! Unfortunately that buyer did not work out, but she had another interested buyer within a day! She kept us informed of everything that was going on with the buyers and the agent and what their needs and wants were. Jennifer offered advice of what was reasonable regarding repairs to the property. She also assisted us with the tenants we had in the residence and was very accommodating and respectful to their needs. Even when she was on vacation, she was still available for questions we had and kept us in the loop regarding the next steps of the selling process! We HIGHLY recommend Jennifer Murphy when it comes time to sell your house and/or buy one!

Jennifer was AMAZING! Our pictures and video came out stunning! She handled everything above and beyond what she had to do. Our first buyers fell thru I had so much anxiety that future offers would fall thru. She was so positive and dealt with my texting and answered right away. We sold within 2 months of putting on the market. She also dealt with our unique buyers and their questions. She also dealt with the seller of the house we bought since we weren't so lucky picking a realtor like her in our new state. I am thankful we went with Jennifer!!!
