From start to finish Jenny did an amazing job selling my condo. She heard and understood what my goals were in selling my place. She knew what and how I wanted the process to go. She has great communication skills - I work crazy hours and called Jenny one night after 9pm and she answered and stayed on the phone through all my questions. It never took longer than a few hours for Jenny to respond to text messages or emails. She guided me through every step of selling and made it a breeze. I'm using Jenny to help me find my next home! The worst experience ever!!!! Jennifer lacks communication and problem-solving skills when it comes to real estate transactions. She does not listen to her clients either. Very hard to get a hold of her. She was always busy during the day and occasionally difficult to listen to her on the phone when we called. She only communicated with us after 6pm. She must have a day time job and obviously real estate is not her priority. We were in contract for a condo in Pine Ridge Community. We ordered inspection report and paid for it. They were some safety issues mainly with electrical. We asked Jennifer to address the issues with the seller. Unfortunately, she refused and ignored our requests and just focused on the sale. She put the property back on the market and moved to the next buyer who offered more money. Jennifer is unprofessional, unethical, and sometimes rude. Will never do business with her or her broker and not recommended for any type of real estate buying or selling deal.

Jennifer provides us with exceptional service is helping assist us with finding my mother in law a new home. She's needed certain accommodations in a home that were hard to find but Jenny worked extremely hard to find us exactly what she needed. The sale was very smooth and she even helped my mother in law save on her closing costs. We would recommend her to anyone that wants to work with an unbelievable agent.
