Jennifer was more than helpful on the purchase of my home. She went above and beyond the call of duty. The home had been listed with a broker that was not in the area and had limited access except during the weekdays. I was traveling in from out of state. I had been watching the property online for about 60 days. When visiting we found out that they would only take calls and show the property on weekdays. Jennifer went out of her way to reach the sellers broker over the weekend and to let them know they had a very interested and qualified buyer. We attempted a Monday morning showing but they could not meet that timing. Jennifer and I walked the home via video and she was very careful to point out areas that she felt needed repair and was honest about the condition of the home. We closed the transaction again requiring significant follow up on her part to make it happen. She coordinated all the inspections for me and met anyone at the home that needed to enter it. She was a bull dog to get me to a purchased home and had it not been for her I would not be in the home today. She is very knowledgeable on the process of buying a home. She also works with a large brokerage that she can call on for consultation in the transaction. Thank you Jennifer! I am so glad you not only became my agent but a friend. I would hire her again in a heartbeat but I'm so happy I'm not selling. :)
