If you are looking to buy/sell/rent in Long Beach or anywhere else in the vicinity, stop reading and call Jen immediately. Not only was she knowledgeable and unbelievably responsive, she actually wouldnt let me rent the place I wanted until the landlord agreed to make the necessary renovations prior to me signing the lease. She literally wouldnt let me sign the lease until it was as perfect as it could be.
