Jennifer was very helpful in narrowing down specific geographical areas that met our safety criteria for our purchase. She used her knowledge of the local area to help us find a home within our budget that we were delighted with. She helped us realize what we could get for our money and helped us refine our search to focus on what we felt was most important. She also brought in her husband realtor partner to help point out potential risks/gotchas with the property so we could be in a better position to negotiate on final price. She was available on short notice to accomodate our travel schedule, as we were coming from out of state to view properties.
