Jennifer Lutzke

I started my career in Real Estate in 1998. After a year of college, and trying to find my niche in life, I joined a Madison brokerage, as a licensed assistant. In 2000, I became the full-time REO Manager, as well as a licensed agent. After 18 years in the Corporate office, in the Business Development Department, I took the leap and became a full time agent, in 2016. In 2019, I moved brokerage companies and am now a full time agent with Realty Executives Capital City. I offer both Buyer & Seller Agency Representation and specialize in Residential and Multi-family dwellings. I have established relationships, and local experience, combined with Realty Executives' worldwide resources, to provide a unique advantage to my clients. I was born and raised in Madison. I have 2 kids, one in college, one at home. I currently reside in Evansville, WI, with my husband, son and two cats. I am passionate about my family, and of course, real estate and my clients and customers.
