Realtor (18 years experience) Specialties: been working with buyers and sellers, veterans, and people looking for expertise My goal is to make it easier on you to sell your house or to find a home. Taking your time into consideration is important to me. I offer my years of experience to you as an invaluable resource. I have helped hundreds of consumers do the same. There is a lot of information at your fingertips these days. My goal is to help you interpret and find truth in the information you seek. Being informed will help you make the best decisions. I am here for all my clients as a resource and a trusted advisor, putting my experience to work for you.
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Be prepared to pay $500 with your initial offer, and another deposit will be necessary after your inspection. You will then need $500 give /or take for the inspections. Another approximately $500 for the appraisal. This is the upfront expenses, Just to make sure the house meets your expectations.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Get it ready. Freshen it up. Buyers want to be able to move right in. How old are your systems major items can really get in the way. Prepare yourself ahead of time that you might have to offer a closing credit if your roof, furnace or electric are extremely outdated. If it’s alteady done it adds value.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with buyers and sellers. Helping people through this is sometimes easy, sometimes a much more complicated process. You don’t know which one you’ll get or what will come up along the way. There’s no doubt that having an experienced professional guide you through the “water†is always in your best interest.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I have so many great stories of helping people sort through and figure out what they want to accomplish. We set out working together to get you what you want.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I bought my first house, a 3 family when I was 24. I used that property as a stepping stone and have helped others do the same. I love using real estate as a way to “step up†with each home or property you choose.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
My training comes from having worked with a couple hundred or so people who have bought and/or sold a house using my services. I constantly take classes to improve my skills and knowledge. Learning is the path to mastery. I will never stop learning, growing and stepping up to serve my customers.

I am so happy to have met Jen -- she is caring, down to earth and she knows her stuff! She impressed my husband and I so much while working with her that we knew she would be the perfect realtor to help sell my in-law's home in Randolph, our condo in Milton and help us to buy our dream home in Sharon! Jen is a great person to have in your corner- always willing to go the extra mile with a smile! We will continue to recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I highly recommend Jen as an agent. Jen went the extra mile in every way. She spent time constantly refining suggestions based on our sometimes changing criteria to help us find what we were looking for. Once under contract she helped us through the entire process as well as pressured our selling agents (in a different state) to move things along. I give her the highest recommendation.

Jenn was the most honest and hard working person i have ever had the pleasure to work with. She had answers to any questions that we had and if she did not have the answer she had it for me by the end of the day. I would strongly recommend that if anyone is looking for a great realitor to use Jennifer Litterio Adelman.

We started working with Jen around July when we were approved for our VA Loan. We had dealt with a few Real Estate Agents prior to working with Jen and they were either to busy to spend time with us or just didn't care. Jen was introduced to us by United Veterans the company we were going through for the mortgage and of course at first I was very reluctant. Jen went straight to work researching and working with my wife and I everyday and every step of the way. She was never too busy when we called to look at a house and even though she was juggling numerous clients, she always made you feel like you were her only client she was working. She was just as excited as we were in looking at each home and she always had our best interest and backs in every showing. We shared many laughs, disappointments and even tears and she became a part of our family. We looked at many of houses and even though we had an agenda and certain house in mind she never got discouraged or forced us to purchase a home. Well after many months and loads of houses, Laurie and I found the house that we wanted. We thought that it would be a slam dunk but the owner was very difficult and would not budge on the price. Jen rolled up her sleeves and went to work. She relished in the challenge and worked not only with the realtor but also work with the owner to educate them on steps along the way. I can truly say that if I didn't have Jen Litterio as my realtor, we would either have been in the wrong house, still looking or so frustrated that we would have pulled the plug. I would tell anyone looking to buy or sell a home that you are wasting your time if you don't call Jen Litterio to be your realtor.
