ZillowVERIFIEDOur home had 7 offers. Yes, 7 offers with nearly all above asking price! Two were on the 1st day! And this was in January 2024 when the 30-year mortgage interest rates were hovering at 7%. Much of this was attributed to Jennifer's impeccable staging, very professional photos (including using a drone), and fantastic marketing such as providing a list of all our home improvements to each prospective buyer. We worked wonderfully together and our home sold for more than we hoped for. We had a much more enjoyable experience selling own home than purchasing a new one. You would think the opposite would be true, but Jennifer made this entire process as effortless as possible. That's how exemplary she is. She took ownership of our home like she was selling her own. Everything from the impeccable staging, very responsive and frequent communication, assistance with paperwork, and handling our closing in leu of us being there in person as we were already over a thousand miles away in another state. Oh, and did I mention that she paid for a professional deep clean of our entire house out of her own pocket? Yes, you read that correctly, out of her OWN pocket. What real estate agent do you know that does that?! Apparently, she does it for every home she sells. This was a godsend as everything was so hectic moving out of state and we had no time to clean. Jennifers attention to detail and incredible work ethic made our home selling process truly enjoyable. She was recommended to us by a co-worker and were very thankful as we couldnt be happier with how everything turned out.
