My husband and I were looking for a home in Oklahoma and were referred to Sage Sotheby's by our Kansas selling agent. We were paired with Madison and from the moment we met her, we instantly knew we were in the best hands in Oklahoma! We made two visits to Oklahoma from Kansas to see homes and each time, we had last minute scheduling changes which Madison handled with no issues. We looked at no less than 10 homes and by the 2nd home, Madison knew exactly what we were looking for. Honestly, more what I was looking for and how picky I was on the small things (paint issues, damaged baseboards, cosmetic issues, etc.) We three were in perfect sync! We settled on a home and Madison walked us through all the paperwork, inspections, etc. in a clear and concise way that we could understand. Unfortunately, we ran into a problem with the seller and the condition of the home about 2 weeks before our Kansas home was due to close. We panicked big time - Madison did not! She assured us she would find us a home and spent the weekend going to several homes and Face Timed us. As I mentioned, Madison knew exactly what we wanted and we trusted her 100%. On Sunday, we put in an offer and were accepted - we had a home! Now came the fun part in trying to get everything done quickly so we would not be homeless! Madison came through yet again and we closed the day after our Kansas home closed. Throughout this entire process, Madison kept us informed of everything, responded to my questions immediately and talked me off the ledge several times. We could not have asked for a better Realtor than Madison. She was professional yet down to earth and easy to talk to! She knew her business inside and out. We were so lucky to have found her!
