We were in the market for a house when it seemed every house was getting multiple offers and you had to be the fastest and yet still check every box you were looking for. We had extra requirements that made this kind of a market very challenging for us. We finally made a decision to build a house, and then we found a house that had all the same layout things we wanted from the one we wanted to build. We changed gears many times and Jennifer was always upbeat, positive, encouraging and super honest. Her goal was for us to get this right and not just to sell a house to us. Then she also sold our house and she got it sold within just a few days. I would highly recommend Jennifer and her group. If Jennifer wasn?t 100% sure about her answer she called on her other staff just to clarify. That?s a true professional.
