I just purchased my first home using Jenn. I had to make a tough decision to change realtors and I have to say I did not know what I was missing out on. I had probably 4 showings with Jenn, and the first three she immediately knew they werent the right fit for me and she let me know that. Whatever commission breath is, she has the exact opposite. She also is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to repairs, cost associated with the home, and providing immediate contacts to get those repairs done. Every step of the way she was there. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Jenn is to work with! Jennifer is amazing. She hustles. Shes honest. Shes gritty. Without question I would recommend her to anyone. We had a hard time selling our house (conditions were crazy) but she came in with a plan and got the deal done. Shes kind but firm and direct in negotiations. She knows when to play nice and when to fight. You wont regret going with her.
