I have worked with land buyers, 100's of new construction customers, luxury properties, condos, single family and complex estate situations. I am savvy in all aspects of real estate -- not only being the salesperson on the front lines, but also in a supportive role as a Branch Manager and Broker Owner helping agents I support who I guide through commercial, property management and other real estate transactions.

I have worked with several siblings who are selling a cherished family home after inheriting it. Although bitter sweet, getting them the best outcome - money wise and transaction wise -- is paramount so their good memories of the property will continue even after closing.

I am a 5th generation real estate professional on my mothers side, going all the way back to the land grab in Colorado with a Great Great Grandfather who built many historic buildings (opera houses and apartment buildings in mining towns and in Denver, Colorado). My parents were Realtors and builder reps in Lincoln Nebraska and when I graduated from college in Lincoln, they needed help with open houses and Buyers, so I became a Realtor at age 29 and a top producer with the company we were associated with in 3 years time. My specialties were first time homebuyers (I bought my first home at age 26), new construction and then relocation when I was a top producer in the Charlotte, NC market from 2001 to 2013.

My art background helps with creative negotiation, marketing and problem solving. I have also been a Builder Marketing Expert and understand how houses are constructed in all sorts of areas -- I have been licensed in Nebraska, North & South Carolina and now, Florida.
