We hired Jennifer to sell our house. She came highly recommended by a business associate of ours. As soon as she met with us she hit the ground running to market our home. not much help! Didnt let us know anything unless we asked specific almost lawyer type questions. Also allowed us too be outbid on house by 35K without a clue that a offer was already being considered. I had a pre approved letter in hand for forty grand more than property sold at. Top it off that was a month ago and the house still shows pending. She put new entries as of today in MLS without removing old entries maybe she thinks that marketing.Either way selling or buying I would suggest using a more considerate sales minded professional before you loose the opportunity too make more money or loose your dream property from lack of communication.
