As a follow on to my first posting above, I later utilized Jenny to sell the investment property after we made some upgrades. Jenny has some great contractors in her network which were very valuable for quick response during the inspection process. In addition, Jenny worked hard to find a win-win solution for all parties when it was a discovered we incurred haild damage on the roof, and had to move through the claim process only a few weeks before closing. We only lost a few days and still managed to close a good deal.
