This was my first time purchasing a house and it was a very memorable experience because of Jen. I have tried to work with multiple real estate agents in the past while searching for homes but I didn't have the right chemistry with them. They were pushy, aggressive, going through the motions, high-pressure to sell, neglectful, or fake-nice. Jen was the opposite of all these things. I stumbled across her profile on Zillow by happenstance and just sent her a text message. From the first text asking, if the property was available to the last text as I received the keys for our home, she was responsive immediately, knowledgeable, filled with the genuine "Aloha" spirit, professional, and so eager to assist me as the client. The process never felt like a struggle, a bad idea, or confusing. I was always well-informed and kept in the loop with everything. Jen was always on top of everything. She kept her word with timelines, deadlines, requests, questions, etc. I truly felt that she was meant to be my realtor for my dream house exactly when this purchase needed to happen.
