After years spent tearing homes apart in order to upgrade them and increase their value for investors -My knowledge benefits my sellers as I know exactly how to inexpensively maximize your homes potential for a top dollar sale. For buyers I have a keen eye for what may be a homes issues, and I unapologetically point those issues out. My view point is that my clients are clients for life so I am not interested in a "quick" sale - but the highest and best sales price for my sellers OR the right sale for my buyers so I can sell that home easily down the road. I will only represent one side or the other as trying to negotiate against myself is impractical and unfair double dipping. If you desire a "dual agent" look elsewhere as they are the slippery folk that give my profession a bad name.

I guess I like to solve problems - my most resent sale I was the 7th listing agent. The home was a small 2 and 1 and the sellers wanted the highest amount of money but had no money to spend for any improvements. I still managed to sell the home for the highest price per sq. foot in the entire area. My most recent buyers transaction involved a purchase where the buyer ran a small business with a lot of depreciation deductions - in other word had more income then they could show on paper - I found them the right lender to work with to get the home that they wanted within their budget and worked the numbers to get it done by the hair of our chinny chin chin. :)
I grew up in real estate - my idea of a fun weekend in my 20s was going to open houses. I enjoy all aspects of this from construction to financing details. I am known for my knowledge of all aspects of a transactions and frequently hired by other insiders in my field. ( i.e. escrow professional and lenders)
My background and training is in Economics and Linguistics. I thought I was going to join the State Department when I was a kid....
