ZillowVERIFIEDJennifer is a life saver. Buying a home is a headache, especially for first-time buyers, and so it was invaluable to have someone as passionate, competent, and efficient as Jennifer. When I called to set up an appointment to meet her for coffee, she asked if we'd like to view houses afterwards. She immediately sent us access to her online portal so that we could decide which houses interested us. When we showed up to coffee, she had ambitious game plan to view about 10 houses, which we accomplished in maybe 4 hours. Why? Because she listened to what we said, quickly came to realize what we were and weren't looking for, and guided us throughout the day. She knew when to get us to move on and when to let us linger. We ended up choosing a house that day.From there, she was always available, via phone/text/email, any time of the day. Any question we had, any haggling we wanted to do, she was always on-the-ball with an answer, or in search of one. When the inspector questioned the roof and the foundation, she had a roofer and a foundation repair representative out there immediately to get second opinions. She worked with us through repair requests, by constantly fighting to get us everything she could. That was a stressful time, and I honestly can't imagine not having a 5-star realtor our corner. In the end, we found the perfect home, due in no small part to Jennifer Fleming. She came to us highly recommended, and I couldn't have been happier. She far exceeded our expectations, and constantly impressed me with her tenacity, negotiating skills, and patience. You're not going to find a better realtor.

Between our work schedules and our kids sports schedules we needed a realtor that could basically be at our service at any given time of day. Jennifer met and exceeded those needs.
