As first time homebuyers, we needed someone who would help us through the process and provide clarity to all the steps, especially in the crazy market of 2021! Leah is extremely communicative, even responding late in the evening to text messages and phone calls, as well as consistently following up with other agents. She helped us stay positive, even after our early offers were not accepted, and used multiple channels to find us a home that fit our needs. At the end of the process, we are extremely happy with our new home! And Leah is still staying on top of navigating the post-occupancy agreement.
